Diane has been working with Dr. Arnold for over 30 years. Her knowledge of dentistry and her understanding of our patients’ needs are of great value to our patients. Diane is a great listener and has been told by many that they can hear her smile on the telephone.   She frequently answers patients’ questions about their dental treatment and can help them navigate through the complexities of dental insurance. Diane’s degree is in education, and has taken numerous courses in dental business management, continuously helps the office update their programs in infection control and OSHA compliance, and is well versed in all aspects of computerized dentistry. When not in the office, she teaches Sunday school, sings in a large choral group, and loves to spend time with her family, (especially her young grandchildren).

Maria has been part of Dr. Arnold’s dental practice for 16 years. Besides being a great dental assistant, Maria is familiar with the front desk, and can handle billing and insurance questions. Together with Dr. Arnold, they form a cohesive team in performing their dental duties and work well together to deliver the best of care to our patients. She works hard to make each patient’s visit a pleasant and comfortable one. Maria speaks Spanish as easily as she speaks English to make our Spanish speaking patients even more comfortable. When she has some leisure time, she loves to spend time with her grandchildren, go to movies, and dance.
